b) Conversion: On the sixth (6th) day, the payment method provided will be automatically charged for the full amount of Your selected subscription tier.
a) Right to Cancel: You may cancel Your subscription at any time during the trial or a paid billing cycle.
b) Cycle Completion: If You cancel, We will not revoke Your access immediately. Your account will remain active until the conclusion of your current 30-day billing cycle.
c) Non-Payment: If a recurring payment is unsuccessful, access will be revoked immediately.
a) Evaluation Period: The 5-day trial serves as the formal evaluation period for Date-Dash services.
b) Non-Refundable: Once the Day 6 charge is processed and the paid subscription begins, all charges are strictly non-refundable. No partial refunds or credits will be issued for unused time.
You agree not to use the Website for unlawful purposes, harassment, intellectual property infringement, or the dissemination of harmful software.
By using the Website, You authorize the Company to collect and use Your information (email, billing, and passive data like cookies) as outlined in our privacy protocols.
You are prohibited from attempting to reverse engineer the Website software or violating security protocols through data mining or unauthorized access.
The Company is not liable for damages resulting from Your use of the Website. Maximum liability is limited to the greater of one hundred ($100) US Dollars or the amount You paid in the last six (6) months.
You agree to defend and indemnify the Company against legal claims arising from Your use or misuse of the Website or breach of this Agreement.
a) Choice of Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
b) Venue: Any litigation shall be initiated in Barrow County, Georgia.
c) Arbitration: Disputes not resolved personally shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Barrow County, Georgia.
